Professional development for your team to improve communication in the workplace and deliver results.
What I can do for your team
Elevate your team's presentation, relationship building and business development capability.
Tailored solutions built for your team's needs.
Typically delivered over breakfast, lunchtime or evenings these sessions involve presentation, facilitation and discussion. Attendees are encouraged to prepare questions around skills and topics which interest them, and this leads to a "show and tell" where their questions are answered with practical demonstrations and hands on workshops.
Working through various elements of presenting, the Clarity Model is a powerful tool which simplifies all aspects of communicating. We look at the 4 Cs (Content, Consumption, Charisma and Confidence) and combine them into the 4 S (Story, Structure, Stress, Style). It starts with managing your nerves, progressing through a range of skills before learning the art of storytelling and how to speak with impact.
Over a series of interactive and practical sessions some of the areas we focus on include content creation, presentation structure, visual aids and story creation. By the time your team has been through this series they will build their skills for presenting, business development and networking - skills which will remain with them for a lifetime.
The return on your investment
My custom programs combine group and individual coaching where the outcomes are based on exactly what's required for each person. The process begins with a discussion around what your team would like to achieve, evaluating each person's ability and providing options which maximise time, investment and of course, significantly elevating each person's presentation and business development skills.
